Special orders are not subject to cancellation. Availability of merchandise is estimated according to the information on hand at the time order is placed. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufactures or outside supplier scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.All Sales are Final: No Refunds All exchanges and cancellations are subject to seller approval. A minimum charge of 15% of the purchase price will be assessed (re-stocking fee) on seller approved returns, exchanges or cancellations. Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandise returned. Refunds or exchanges can not be given for items supplied free of charge

The seller will provide a substitute product/item should product(s)/item(s) ordered by Buyer be out of stock or unavailable for the installation.

Seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased or supplied that is to large or too small to fit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check that measurements supplied to the seller or provided by seller are correct – this includes window measurements.

Seller can designate a week for delivery, but not a specific day or time. It is responsibility of buyer to ensure access and power supply is on.Set up Our drivers are on a very tight schedule each day. They will place the furniture as per cad drawing or where no drawing has been provided, where we feel appropriate. We cannot move existing furniture nor dispose of it. We are not equipped to dust or assemble your personal furniture, level furniture on uneven floors or cut bed slats. If upon placing your furniture in your home it is found to difficult to manoeuvre a piece of furniture in narrow halls, doorways or stairwells, then drivers / installers can not be responsible for any damages to furniture, floors, or walls. In the event of a piece of furniture that is to large to fit in to your residence or specific room, seller is not responsible. We are not equipped to hoist furniture. For properties above the first floor, lifts must be operational for sofas and white goods to be delivered.Claims It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact our office as soon as possible to activate a claim. Photographs will be required within 48 hours when filing a claim. Any item returned to our facilities by the seller or a third party or sent back with driver/installer will be checked to determine if the problem is manufacturing or usage related. In either case, you will receive notification within approx 14 days advising you of the status of the items and what resolution will be. Any items returned because of transit related damage will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of outside company used; items will be repaired or replaced if it is the responsibility of our own transport. Items found to be of normal production quality will be returned to you and incur a 15% redelivery charge. Only significant problem items should be returned. Please do not refuse incomplete orders over one item as re-delivery charges will be charged to the buyer. Seller cannot move, haul or rearrange old furnitureWarranties, Seller makes no warranty beyond any written description itemized on this order. Such disclaimer does not affect manufacture warranty, if any. Seller will assist the buyer in the exercise of all factory warranties

Warranties sold hereunder will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The seller do not warrant against damages or defects arising out of improper or abnormal use of handling of the products: against defects of damages from improper installation by persons other than seller’s drivers/installers, or against damages resulting from such non-manufacturing made products or components. This warranty also does not apply to products upon which repair have been affected or attempted by persons other pursuant to written authorization by seller. The sole and exclusive obligation of the manufacture shall be to repair or replace the defective products in the manner and for the period provided above. Under no circumstances, whether based on this limited warranty or otherwise, shall manufacture be liable for incidental, special or consequential damages.Payment: the title of the goods will remain sellers until paid in full. Title or ownership of all sellers items delivered or installed in the property does not move to buyer until buyer has paid in full. All orders may be subject to a delivery charge.
